Committee

Brother William Flores (Lead)
The Brotherhood Committee’s duty is to keep in contact with those members who do not regularly attend Lodge, be it for reasons related to illness, age, or geographic location. Should a regularly attending brother miss 2 consecutive meetings without contacting the Lodge, the committee is obligated to reach out to the brother to determine if there is sickness or distress. It is also this committee’s function to remain in contact with widows and/or orphans of deceased Brethren.

The Community Service Committee schedules, plans and coordinates with the Grand Lodge in conjunction with any and all entities involved in each particular event. This committee is also responsible for staffing, budgeting and financing the events and must also ensure that the proper equipment and materials necessary will be available. All pertinent event information is communicated to our IT/PR Committee for the purpose of creating flyers, uploading event information to our Lodge website, and communicating events via mass emailing.
